Farm Manager, Derwent Valley
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Manager for a 1500 acre dairy farm in Tasmania’s beautiful Derwent Valley.

Salary: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
This position would suit a person/or perhaps a couple with a proven track record in the dairy industry. You will be responsible for
- Herd Health
- Pasture Management
- Irrigation Management
- Staff Management
- Whole Farm Maintenance
- Computer and Herd Records
Experience in a similar role is a must.
Currently milking around 900 cows in a 60 unit Rotary shed with automatic cup removers, scales, and auto drafting gate. The farm is located 15 minutes’ drive from New Norfolk.
This is a fulltime position and will include some weekend work. Above award wages and conditions as per the current Pastoral Award. Flexible working hours are available.
Attention to detail and focus on a quality product is a must as is good time management and problem-solving skills.
